The 2022/2023 football season will officially end this weekend with the Champions League final. However, before this match, we will take a look back at the European football season that has just ended and rank the most impressive teams.
There are many of them but we will look at the top 3 and rank them from top to bottom. Here they are;
1. Manchester City
Definitely the most impressive team in Europe right now. The Citizens under Pep Guardiola have been great, that's why they are on their way to a treble. Man City have had an almost perfect season.
2. Newcastle United
Another impressive team. The warblers led by Eddie Howe had a memorable season. Literally, Newcastle United went from relegation battle last season to qualify for UCL next season, a respectable achievement to say the least.
3. Napoli
The Italian club played very well and impressively in the recently concluded Serie A season. Napoli have come to literally win the Scudetto, an unexpected feat achieved after almost 20 years of not winning it. Luciano Spalletti really did an excellent job in the military.

Manchester United are set to leave this summer with a large number of players set to leave Old Trafford. This includes cutting the main squad as well as team players and some young talent to make room for new signings.
One player who has left United this summer who is believed to be up for sale is young winger Anthony Elanga. The Sweden international rose to prominence under Ralf Rangnick but his quality has declined since his rise.
Elanga should be remembered by United fans should he leave this summer. The talented youngster has simply sacrificed his development to ensure the team doesn't face more difficulties under the German caretaker manager.
According to a new report by trusted German journalist Florian Plettenberg; "Discussions with RB Leipzig have taken place for Anthony Elanga, but it has not progressed. Many other clubs have also asked about him - he is already on the market."
Elanga deserves a chance to shine for another club that plays regularly in the first team. Somewhere like Germany would be the perfect place for Elanga to shine once again and get back on track with a bright future.
