The devil's entire plan is to convince you to lose trust in God and His Word.
MARK 4:15 15 And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.
How can the devil rob someone of the Word? Only when it appears false. What people think to be true holds them fast.
So believe the word and guard your heart against the wicked one.
The devil must so persuade people that the Word is false to steal it. The devil accomplishes this by encouraging us to place our attention on what our senses tell us rather than on God's Word, the seed that, when we keep it, transforms our circumstances.
Like any seed, the full expression of its life takes time to manifest with the right care; it is not instantly obvious. The truth of God's Word will alter your situation!
You cannot divorce believing from doing. Whatever motivates your behavior is what you truly believe.
The Greek word "faith" is used both as a noun and as a verb in the New Testament. Therefore, to hold fast to your faith is to continue to believe what God has said, no matter what.
HEBREWS 10:23 23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;). What you say is important in maintaining your faith. Faith wilts when you bring up doubt and fear. But your faith becomes stronger when you use words of faith that are consistent with the Bible.
The enemy makes an effort to have you question God and His Word.
SAY THIS AND ACT: I will continue to trust God's Word and act on it. I will believe the word, study the word and guard my soul against the devil. I will not be cheated by the devil but rather my seed planted will be watered, grow and produce fruits in abundance.
Stay Blessed
