Davies, a product of the club's junior program, made just 20 appearances in the previous campaign, but Sean Dyche wants him and backup goalie Lonergan in his team.
After a rocky period at the club, Mina, a £27 million transfer from Barcelona in 2018, will leave at the conclusion of his current contract. Townsend, who did not play for the club after March 2022, also leaves at the end of his contract.
Asmir Begovic, the goalkeeper, will depart after declining a new contract offer.
On the club's official website, director of football Kevin Thelwell wrote: "Everyone at the club wishes to thank the outgoing players for their efforts throughout their time at Everton.
"We're also appreciative of our senior men's players who are departing, such as Yerry, whose love and devotion to Everton was clear by how highly our supporters regarded him, and Andros and Asmir, who were model citizens during their two years at the club.
"We wish everyone of them the best of luck in their future professional endeavors.
In an effort to put together a competitive team for Sean Dyche and his coaching staff for the upcoming season, "We have also extended new contracts to players, and we will keep in contact with them."
