Tomorrow night's Champions League final between Manchester City and Inter Milan has a lot on the line for both teams.
The topic of conversation this week has been whether Pep Guardiola's squad can finally give up on their fixation and realize their long-held aim of winning the biggest prize in European football. There is a lot on the line for the Citizens' chances of avenging the pain of 2021 by finally winning the Champions League and, with it, an illustrious Triple.
In addition, Simone Inzaghi's team is aiming to win their fourth European Cup and end a 13-year Champions League drought (their most recent triumph came in 2010 under Jose Mourinho).

Team Average 8.8 for Manchester City (4-3-2-1) Ederson 9.
outstanding with his hands. Even more proficient with his feet; comparable to any midfielder. With him in goal, City feels secure.
8.5 Kyle Walker
When Guardiola questioned his tactical acumen, he didn't pout. simply became serious and improved. Now seems impossible to drop.
8. Ruben Dias
Dias is such a reliable defender that City can place Stones in the middle of the field. On his alone, he can keep the fort secure.
Antonio Akanji 8.5
At 15 million, what a bargain. Just take a look at his resume: 39 starts, 15 shutouts, two championships, and perhaps a third tonight.
9.5 John Stones
I have enjoyed seeing Stones in his fusion role. Obviously has a great football intellect. Others would have had difficulty.
Rodri 9
Indifferent to his defensive
10 Erling Haaland
How could I give anything less than a 10 to Haaland? He has reduced the Premier League to the level of the Under 10s!
9.5 Pep Guardiola
There is still one trophy to be won. I gave him a score of 9.5, but I might change it if City wins the Triple Crown.

7.4 Andre Onana
Consistent shot-stopper, but if he wants to defeat City, he must play the game of his life.
Seven Matteo Darmian
Former Manchester United fullback who can aid in preserving the 1999 Triple Crown heritage of his former team. The strain is on.
Acerbi, Francesco 8
Acerbi, a Lazio player on loan, is a tough and unyielding defender, if not the fastest.
