Borussia Dortmund has managed to develop the best football players over the years. Signing players at a younger age allows them to make a lot of money moving to other clubs. This is how they make a good profit selling these top 5 players.

1. Jude Bellingham - Borussia Dortmund signed the English central midfielder from Birmingham City in 2020 for £25m. He is expected to join Real Madrid in the summer 2023 transfer window for 133.9 million euros.

2. Erling Haaland - The Norwegian striker was signed by Borussia Dortmund in 2020 from RB Salzburg for 20 million euros. They sold him to Manchester City in the summer transfer window of 2022 for 60 million euros, earning 40 million euros in profit.

3. Jadon Sancho - English winger who joined Borussia Dortmund in August 2017 for £7 million. His strong performances at the club saw him move to Manchester United in the summer of 2021 for a fee of £73m.

4. Ousmane Dembele - French winger was sold to Barcelona by Borussia Dortmund in the summer transfer window of 2017 for 105 million euros.

5. Christian Pulisic - American winger who is a product of the Borussia Dortmund academy. He joined Chelsea in the January 2019 winter transfer window for £57 million.

Erik ten Hag is ready to bring Mason Greenwood back into the Manchester United squad, according to reports.

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is said to be open to bringing Mason Greenwood back into his squad. The Dutchman says he is happy the striker is playing for the club again but the final decision will be made by the Red Devils hierarchy.

Greenwood was charged with willful rape, assault and controlling and coercive conduct in February. The 21-year-old has not played for United since January last year. An internal United investigation began the same month following a series of allegations against the player. Discussions continue behind closed doors about whether Greenwood should play for United again.

There has also been interest from Italy ahead of a potential loan move next season. However, the latest reports suggest that there is a possibility that Greenwood will once again play for United.

The Sun said Ten Hag wanted Greenwood on his team. But United's owners, the Glazers, will decide whether that can happen.

A decision may be made within one week of the conclusion of the investigation. The report said the majority of United's first team wanted Greenwood back.

Greenwood says he's "very happy" that Ten Hag and his teammates have no objection to his return. However, executives and sponsors are concerned about the impact this could have. United's women's team will also face Greenwood playing for the club again. Natalie Burrell, the founder of United's Women's Supporters Club, said earlier this year that the Old Trafford side could make a statement by removing Greenwood.

Burrell told The Athletic:

"I don't think he should play for Manchester United again. They are one of the biggest clubs in the world.

"They have to make a statement and letting him come back would be the worst thing they could do. It will hinder our club in terms of what we try to do with the women's team and campaigns like Her Game Too to encourage women to play and watch football."

Juventus, AC Milan and Inter Milan are three of the clubs linked with a potential loan for Greenwood. He still has two years left on his contract with United but could be loaned out with the option to buy if the Glazers decide not to play for them anymore.
