Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has given the fans a full explanation on why the board appointed Ange Postecoglou as their new head coach

Spurs' recent protracted search for a manager finally ended on Tuesday when they announced the arrival of Postecoglou as Antonio Conte's long-term successor as head coach on a four-year contract until 2027.

Postecoglou sent his first message to Spurs fans on Friday, promising the team an exciting "new direction" and vowing to leave no stone unturned in their quest for glory.
