The former manager of Bayern Munich and Barcelona has twelve big victories with City.
With Manchester City, Pep Guardiola has won his 12th major title after the team's long-sought Champions League victory.
The PA news agency examines his victories here.
2017-18: Premier League and League Cup
With a 3-0 victory against Arsenal in the Carabao Cup final, Guardiola won his first trophy at City after a trophyless debut campaign. With a record 100 points, they went on to win the league championship in grand style.
2018-19: Domestic treble
In a close race for the championship, City defeated Liverpool by 98 points to 97. In order to become the first team to win the domestic treble, they defeated Watford 6-0 in the FA Cup final then defeated Chelsea on penalties to win the Carabao Cup once more.
2019-20: League Cup
Liverpool won the title in the pandemic-interrupted season, and City was unable to successfully defend their title. However, they did not go empty-handed after defeating Aston Villa 2-1 in the Carabao Cup final.
After a 15-match winning streak between December and March, Guardiola's team superbly controlled their tempo during yet another season afflicted by the coronavirus to win the Premier League with three games remaining. They defeated Tottenham to win their fourth straight Carabao Cup, but because they fell to Chelsea in the final, they nearly missed out on the Champions League.
City started the month of April looking for three trophies. They lost to Real Madrid and Liverpool in the semi-final stages of the Champions League and FA Cup, respectively, although they edged the Merseysiders by a point on the dramatic final day by defeating Aston Villa.
Erling Haaland's incredible goal-scoring feats gave City the boost they needed in the spring to catch up to longtime leaders Arsenal and win their fifth championship in six years. Ilkay Gundogan scored twice to defeat Manchester United 2-1 in the FA Cup final, while Rodri's second-half goal helped City defeat Inter Milan to win the Champions League, replicating their opponents' 1998–1999 triple.
