Numerous thousands of supporters filled the streets.

Manchester City celebrated their treble victory on Monday night with an open-top bus procession despite rain and the possibility of lightning storms.

Numerous people flooded the streets to support Pep Guardiola's team as they added the Champions League trophy to the Premier League and FA Cup by defeating Inter Milan in Istanbul on Saturday night.

Due to warnings of inclement weather and lightning storms in the vicinity, access to the stage performance location on St. Peter's Square was initially delayed. The club later confirmed that the trophy parade's departure from Beetham Tower on Deansgate had been postponed until 7 p.m.

The squad rode the tram to St. Peter's Square, where four buses left for King Street, Brown Street, Booth Street, Deansgate, Cross Street, and Nicholas Street, where the parade was supposed to end.

The City supporters who had defied the rain cheered as defender Nathan Ake raised the Premier League trophy, with more following on foot as the path was open for the stage celebrations.

Guardiola was watching as midfielder Phil Foden brandished the Champions League trophy while puffing on a cigar.

Just after 8 o'clock, the players entered the stage; the weather had not dampened their spirits.

Guardiola remarked, "We had to be the best parade with this rain, otherwise it is not Manchester," to the joy of the waiting fans.

We prefer rain to sunshine, so the weather was ideal. The rain is nothing new to them (fans).

Ilkay Gundogan, the captain of the city, presented the awards onto the platform.

The midfielder thanked everyone for their support during the entire campaign.

It was amazing, and we won three prizes.

Alongside their well-earned awards, the players and City personnel proceeded to lead the celebrations on stage.

Midfielder Jack Grealish of City and England stated, "I have enjoyed the best day and night for the previous 24 hours.

Fair enough, I don't believe I've slept.
