Norwegian striker Erling Haaland doused Grealish in champagne during the joyous celebrations. The England winger has spent the last two nights partying till the sun comes up with no signs of stopping.
Since his historic victory, Grealish has had "the best day and night," he told fans while downing vodka on stage, adding, "I don't think I've slept," and that he has lost his voice from all the celebrating.
He and his players happily posed for pictures holding the Champions League trophy while their manager Pep Guardiola was seen smoking a cigar and sipping some well-earned champagne as the bus made its way around the city.
Weather issues and lightning storms caused fans to swarm into the city center later than planned for the parade, but not by much.
After arriving at Manchester Airport in the early afternoon, Loz Newman picked up his partner and sons.
The 48-year-old, who has been a season ticket holder since 1979, when he began being brought to games as a little lad, described the mood during the game as one of "a lot of disbelief-I never thought we'd win anything." It's the silliest thing I've ever seen.
After City's Champions League triumph over Inter Milan on Saturday, winger Grealish started the celebrations by leading the shouts in the locker room. He then left the stadium holding a Heineken and a speaker playing Fleetwood Mac.
The 27-year-old was still sporting his City uniform when he appeared on Sunday morning after chugging alcohol during a wild night out in Istanbul.
After then, the group went back.
However, after that, things picked up considerably, with Grealish singing along to Fleetwood Mac while the players drank copious amounts of alcohol and danced with the trophy.
The winger then entertained the media in the mixed zone by leading the shouts for game-winning player Rodri while he could hardly contain his joy.
Grealish, who was carrying a boombox and a can of Heineken, approached City's bus at approximately half past two on Sunday morning while wearing his cap backwards.
As he sauntered through loudly while playing the same Fleetwood Mac song, he led City's players out and even made fun of Kevin De Bruyne. And this was only the beginning.
