Clarence Seedorf made his debut at Ajax at the age of 16, becoming the club's youngest-ever player. He later rose to become one of the greatest midfielders of his generation.

He has won 18 titles over his career across four different countries, making him possibly the most accomplished Dutch star of all time.

This man has a remarkable record, having won the Champions League four times and being the first and only person to have done so while playing for three separate clubs.

The four times the complete and wildly popular midfielder won the top prize in European football were against Ajax in 1995, Real Madrid in 1998, AC Milan in 2003, and AC Milan in 2007.

Seedorf is not averse to achieving a Treble either, having done so with Ajax domestically in the 1993–94 season. This is a feat that Manchester City will be anxious to do in Istanbul on Saturday and one that Inter Milan accomplished back in 2010.

Despite all of these accomplishments, he maintains his humility and claims there is no one key to his success.

Seedorf, who has a partnership with FedEx Express, exclusively remarked to Mail Sport, "I'm always proud of my achievements that I made with my teammates for the clubs I played for."

It's a wonderful feeling. Because I've done it with several teams, that's where some of my contributions may have made the difference.

"Keeping the squad together, maintaining the concentration,

"I believe those were crucial qualities to have both individually and collectively in my career," the speaker said.

The enormity of Seedorf's accomplishment is highlighted by the fact that the vast majority of professional athletes never win one Champions League trophy in their whole career, much less four.

Mail Sport asked if one stood out more than another after doing so three times with various clubs and teammates.

'No! You don't get to pick a favorite," Seedorf remarked. It's comparable like having four children and being unable to select one of them.

"They're all wonderful, and they all have a different backstory,"

The highlight event on Saturday night will be the second Champions League final to be held at Istanbul's Ataturk Olympic Stadium.
