As part of an anti-racism campaign in support of Real Madrid player Vinicius Jr., Brazil will play a friendly match against Spain at the Bernabeu in March of next year, according to Spanish FA (RFEF) president Luis Rubiales.

Rubiales and Ednaldo Rodrigues, the president of the Brazilian FA (CBF), got together in Madrid to introduce their "One skin" anti-racism project.

The deal comes in response to the racial epithets that Vinicius, 22, endured during a LaLiga match in Valencia in May. This was the player's tenth such incident, which LaLiga has referred to prosecutors this season.

At a press conference, Rodrigues stated, "It is important to understand that tougher punishment needs to be applied in cases of racism by the football authorities."

Fines are insufficient. Additionally, the clubs must be held accountable. The CBF was the first football federation to implement harsher penalties for instances of racism, including the loss of league points, the closing of stands, or the expulsion of club members for life.

We must organize a global campaign to combat the infection that is embarrassing everyone in football.

With the tagline "There is no game with racism," the CBF also started a national campaign against racism in Brazilian league matches last month.

Five-time world champions Brazil will play Guinea in Barcelona on Saturday and Senegal in Lisbon three days later when they are in the area.

The CBF and Vinicius collaborated extensively on the preparations for the two friendly because they wanted to make sure the player felt at ease with the games taking place in Iberia. According to insiders, the Real Madrid winger agreed with the concept.

Racist epithets have no place in our game of football, according to Rubiales. "It is outrageous that incidents like the one in Valencia occur in our nation.

I'm sorry, but it tarnishes our reputation abroad and doesn't reflect who we are as a nation. Racism is a problem that we must combat.
