Due to their lack of investment and debt accumulation during their 18-year chaotic reign at Old Trafford, the Glazers, who are in the process of selling Manchester United, are extremely unpopular with the club's supporters.

This week, Mail Sport reported that Sir Jim Ratcliffe, a British billionaire and lifetime Manchester United fan, was trailing Qatar's Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani in the race to acquire the Premier League giants.

Neville complains that the Glazers 'erode energy' from the team and wishes Manchester United's owners were more like Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney from Wrexham in Hollywood, who led the Welsh team to League Two following a fantastic season in the National League.

Everyone is now bored. On The Overlap, Neville said, "Honestly, I think everyone has got the point that what the Glazers do, they erode every little last bit of energy out of everything that they do."

It's extremely terrible that it's gotten to that, but that's how I believe everyone feels. The fans have had enough and want them gone.

"They have no knowledge of Manchester, the north west of England, or the history of football in this region.

"They have not assimilated into the community culture."

Avram Glazer watched the match with famous Red Devils manager Sir Alex Ferguson as Manchester United lost the FA Cup final against Treble winners Manchester City earlier this month.

McElhenney and Reynolds, meanwhile, have played an extraordinarily active role throughout their ownership of Wrexham, canceling plans to see the Red Dragons at the Met Gala and throwing extravagant parties to mark the club's triumphs.
