On Tuesday, June 27, qualifying for this season's competition will begin. The play-offs, which are planned for August 22–23 and 29–30, will conclude it.

Union Berlin will participate in the competition for the first time in their history during the 2023–24 season.

First since the 2002–03 campaign, Newcastle United secured their place in the group stage. Feyenoord, a Dutch team who finished seven points ahead of PSV to win the Eredivisie previous season, will also be competing.

What are the pots with the next new Champions League season? The group stage draw is when? The responses are provided below by Mail Sport.

The Champions League pots are what?
Manchester City, Barcelona, Napoli, and Bayern Munich will all be in Pot 1.

Sevilla, a Spanish team, will also be in Pot One after defeating Roma, an Italian team, in the Europa League final last year.

Newcastle is the last remaining team that does not know which pot they will be assigned to, with Manchester United and Arsenal in Pot Two.

The Magpies might be placed in a challenging group when they rejoin the league.

To secure a spot in the Champions League group stage for this season, six teams still need to advance from the qualifications.

The following is the total amount of 2023–2024 Champions League pots:
