The Australian faced a baptism of fire as Tottenham hotspurs began their rebuild
Tottenham's latest new era begins at Brentford as Ange Postecoglou faces a tough two games to finish in north London.
The Greek-born Australian left Celtic to test his attacking tactics in the Premier League and is hoping to get to work with the added advantage of having no European football clogging up the schedule. However, Postecoglou should leave soon, with Manchester United coming to town for the second leg and first North London derby – away at Arsenal – on September 23, a week before Liverpool's game away. The North London home derby is scheduled for 27 April 2024.
Former Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino welcomes his Chelsea to the N17 on November 4, with the Calderon at Stamford Bridge scheduled for February 24, 2024. A festive period was delightful for Spurs last season with a number of fixtures in London and progressing relatively the same with Brighton and Bournemouth on the map this season.
Spurs will end their season with brutal April-May fixtures at Newcastle, Manchester City, Arsenal, and Liverpool before Burnley have their final home game and end the campaign at Sheffield United.
