Georgina Rodriguez, Cristiano Ronaldo's lover, will
receive N50 million every month if they divorce.
The couple is allegedly so devoted to one another that they have formalized their promises in writing, according to a story by the Spanish online publication Okdiario.
Recently, there has been speculation over their
connection, but Ronaldo's mother has played down the rumors, and the two have
been spotted together in Spain, suggesting that everything is good.
According to a claim by a Spanish media outlet, TV
GUIA, Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo and his girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez,
have an agreement in place wherein Rodriguez will receive financial support in
the amount of €100,000 (N50,056,377) if they do break up.
Ronaldo and Rodriguez have been dating since 2016 and
are the parents of Bella Esmeralda and Alana Martina. She is also the
biological mother of Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. and the surrogate-born twins Eva and
Mateo.
The couple was spared from Saudi laws prohibiting
unmarried couples from cohabiting when Ronaldo arrived to Saudi Arabia.
According to reports, Rodriguez would receive a lifetime annuity of £85,900 (€100,000) and ownership of the family's home in Madrid, La Finca. Cristiano Ronaldo's salary from his Juventus Turin contract alone, which is valid through 2022, is over 31 million euros. His last Real Madrid contract paid him a net annual salary of 21 million euros. According to reports, Real Madrid paid a transfer fee of 112,000,000 euros. (100 million euros for the fee; 12 million euros for solidarity). Millions more enter his account as a result of lucrative advertising contracts. Through his huge advertising contracts, the celebrity makes more than twice as much money as his base pay. Over 90 million euros are earned by Cristiano Ronaldo annually. He is currently the world's highest-paid athlete. A Caribbean mailbox company gave the celebrity many millions of euros in advertising funding. Naturally, this also reduced taxes once more. Toyota paid Cristiano Ronaldo 1.9 million euros for endorsement rights. For 13 months in 2013, the automaker was permitted to use Ronaldo's images in advertisements, but only in the Middle East, Algeria, Morocco, and Afghanistan.
