Arsenal is expected to benefit from Thomas Partey this summer as he and Granit Xhaka are set to leave the club in the coming weeks.
Mikel Arteta is hoping to reshape his midfield this summer with the club targeting Declan Rice first.
The Gunners' initial offer was rejected by West Ham United last week, but they are still in talks with Rice, who is interested in a move to the capital.
While Xhaka and Partey were key players in Arsenal's run to the Premier League title last season, Arteta and sporting director Edu will make a big difference.
According to the Daily Telegraph, Arsenal is ready to cash in on the Ghana international if he manages to land the right transfer target.
Xhaka is also tipped to leave Bayer Leverkusen in a deal worth around £13m.
As well as Rice, Moises Caicedo has also been heavily linked with a summer move to the Emirates after Arsenal rejected two bids for the Ecuadorian during the January transfer window.
However, recent reports suggest that interest in the north London outfit has waned as Caicedo is reportedly on the verge of a move to Chelsea.
Partey joined Arsenal from Atletico Madrid in 2020 for £45 million and was a regular in midfield for the 2022/23 season after overcoming fitness issues that plagued his first two seasons at the club.
Arsenal were said to be disappointed with their form towards the end of the season as the club succumbed to a solid advantage over Manchester City at the top. Partey then lost his starting spot when he signed Jorginho in January and ended the season as a makeshift right-back.
The 30-year-old sat on the bench for three successive games against Chelsea, Newcastle, and Brighton and when he returned to the starting XI against Nottingham Forest he was used at right-back with little success.
Two Serie A clubs are eyeing Partey's situation as Arsenal stands ready to sell for the right bid.
