Arsenal are set to cash in on Thomas Partey this summer with him and Granit Xhaka both leaving the club in the next few weeks.
Mikel Arteta hopes to revamp his midfield this summer with Declan Rice, the club's main target.
The Gunners received an opening offer rejected by West Ham United last week but are still in talks with Rice wanting to move to the capital.
While Xhaka and Partey were key players in Arsenal's Premier League title race last season, Arteta and sporting director Edu are set to make some big changes.
According to the Daily Telegraph, Arsenal are ready to splurge to buy the Ghana international if the right transfer targets are achieved. Xhaka is also tipped to leave and join Bayer Leverkusen in a deal worth around £13m.
Like Rice, Moises Caicedo has been closely linked with a move to the Emirates in the summer after Arsenal noticed two offers for the Ecuadorian were turned down during the January transfer window.
However, recent reports suggest that the North London side have reduced their interest, with Caicedo set to join Chelsea.
Partey joins Arsenal in a £45m deal from Atletico Madrid in 2020 and, after overcoming fitness problems that plagued his first two seasons at the club, he became a become a mainstay in the midfield in the 2022-23 campaign.
Arsenal are said to have been disappointed with their performance at the end of the season as the club ceded the top spot to Manchester City. Partey then dropped out of the starting XI to sign Jorginho in January and ended the season provisionally at right-back.
The 30-year-old was on the bench for three consecutive games against Chelsea, Newcastle and Brighton and when he returned to the starting line-up against Nottingham Forest, he was introduced at right-back but with little success.
Two Serie A clubs are monitoring Partey's situation with Arsenal ready to sell with the right offer.
