Jurgen Klopp could unleash five academy stars ahead of the season as Liverpool look to bounce back from a poor 2022-2023 season.
After embarking on a long and lucrative trip to Thailand and Singapore last summer, Jurgen Klopp's men are set to visit the Far East again this year.
Indeed, the Liverpool team will meet again at the AXA training center on July 8, with participants of the June international matches joining the rest of the team three days later.
The player will then undergo tests and fitness training before traveling to Germany for a training camp where he will play at least one friendly match.
Then, Liverpool will travel to Asia at the end of July to face Leicester City and Bayern Munich in Singapore. There will also be at least one pre-season game at Anfield in early August, although the opponent for that match has yet to be determined.
The season is expected to be busy as the club look for replacements for James Milner, Roberto Firmino, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and the outgoing Naby Keita.
And there is an opportunity for some young people to take their place.

Last month, Klopp rated Conor Bradley, Tyler Morton, Luke Chambers and Owen Beck as players who could make an impact in the upcoming season.
Bradley and Beck both played for Bolton Wanderers in League One last season, while Morton made 46 Championship appearances for Blackburn in all competitions, only to have his season end prematurely with a broken ankle. . Advertisement
Meanwhile, Chambers signed a new contract with Liverpool last month after impressing on loan at Scottish Premier League side Kilmarnock.
Regarding young players, Klopp said:
"There are no plans for the boys that I talked about. We want to keep them. If we can give them a chance to play, we will definitely keep them because they have quality, for sure.
"The next generation after that could be a different story, we have to see how we do that.
"But Conor Bradley will be back, he was in the building yesterday, I saw him. I have a feeling that he has matured over time at another club! Honestly, we have high hopes for him.

"Luke Chambers, back [to Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock], other boys back. Owen Beck came back a little earlier.
"We have real talent. Tyler Morton, who's coming back, he's injured so let's see. But there's no real plan, pre-season will start and then we'll make decisions like this."
Ben Doak is another player who could play a key role in Liverpool's pre-season, who has also been examined by Klopp.
German says:
“Ben Doak is clear, nice sign. He trained with us again.
