Tottenham Hotspur striker Son Heung-min is wanted by Saudi Arabia.

According to ESPN, Al Ittihad wants to sign Son Heung-min from Tottenham Hotspur right in the summer transfer window.

The report claims the Saudi club are preparing to make a €60m (£51.28m) offer for Tottenham and South Korea international striker Son.

The 30-year-old himself has been offered a four-year contract worth 30 million euros (£25.64 million) a year.

ESPN has stated that while Saudi Pro League side Al Ittihad are optimistic Son may be tempted, Tottenham themselves are not willing to sell the striker for £192,000-a-week (Spotrac). Can Son Heung-min leave Tottenham Hotspur for Al Ittihad?

In our opinion, Son Heung-min could leave Tottenham Hotspur for Al Ittihad in the summer transfer window.

First of all, Son's salary is huge.

It would be very difficult for any footballer to turn down that amount.

Now, Spurs may not be willing to sell the striker but the transfer fee they receive for the 30-year-old will be huge and if an offer is made they will change their mind. How many 30s sold for more than £50 million?

It will also see Spurs earn a £29m profit for Son.

As The Guardian reported in August 2015, Tottenham paid £22 million to sign South Korean star Bayer Leverkusen.
