Manchester United legend Dimitar Berbatov disagrees with Roy Keane's claim that Erik ten Hag must sign a new goalkeeper this summer. David de Gea faced heavy criticism for his performances but Berbatov defended his former team-mate fiercely.
De Gea has been at United since joining Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2011. He was the club's No. 1 for most of his time at Old Trafford. However, he was heavily criticized for some big mistakes at the end of last season. After the Wembley game, Keane invited Ten Hag to sign a new goalkeeper this summer. The former Reds captain raged on ITV:
