Arsenal are making a comeback this summer after losing the Premier League title to Man City last season. Arteta is close to finalizing the signing of Chelsea ace Kai Havertz, who have agreed to personal terms. He is set to sign a five-year contract with Arsenal willing to pay £60m.
The London side are also in talks with Man City captain Ilkay Gundogan, who has expressed his desire to try a new experience after a successful career at the Etihad Stadium. The Germany international is expected to join Arsenal alongside team-mate Jaoa Cancelo before the summer transfer window closes. Another star in the Gunners' sights is talented Ajax centre-back Jurien Timber, who is believed to be worth around £50m. According to David Ornstein, Timber has agreed on personal terms so it is up to the clubs to agree on the transfer fee.
These summer reinforcements will see Arsenal unveil a potentially dangerous squad for the 2023/24 season that could help them win the EPL.
This is the lineup that is likely to help them win the EPL next season;
Goalie; Aaron Ramsdale

Liverpool, Man City and Chelsea are all said to have made 'real attempts' to sign Real Madrid star Federico Valverde this summer.
The 24-year-old has become one of Real Madrid's best players over the past two seasons. He has made over 200 appearances for the Spanish giants since 2018.
The midfielder played a key role when Real Madrid won the Champions League last year and he has scored 12 goals in all competitions in the 2022/23 season.
Liverpool are known to be looking for two or three centre-backs this summer. They have signed Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton and they have a close relationship with Khephren Thuram from Nice.
Earlier this month it was reported that the Premier League giants had made an 'offer' to Real Madrid in an attempt to sign Valverde.
Now, TEAMtalk reports that Liverpool and their two Premier League rivals "have both really worked hard to try and sign Real Madrid star Valverde this summer".
The three English clubs have "informed Madrid and representatives close to the player", but "the message is clear". The player "doesn't want to move" and his club "doesn't want to sell". Valverde recently publicly stated that he does not want to leave Real Madrid in the near future.
"No, no, no, I'm at Real Madrid, I try to enjoy every moment and continue to leave my mark on this team, the best team in the world," Valverde said.
"I want to keep winning trophies for the fans."
While Liverpool's priority is to sign new midfielders, they are also looking to strengthen their squad in defence.
Jurgen Klopp wants to sign a young centre-back who can rival Virgil van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate.
But the head coach could also try to sign a new right-back if Trent Alexander-Arnold completes his full-time transition to midfield. Man City's Kyle Walker has been linked with a departure in the summer and Thomas Tuchel's Bayern Munich are interested in the England international.
The Daily Mail reports that Liverpool are also interested in Walker, but a move is considered unlikely at this stage.
"Kyle Walker is keen to stay at Manchester City and has opened negotiations over a contract extension.
“Bayern Munich have discussed a £15m move to sign the 33-year-old, but Confidential understands he wants to extend his stay at City if possible.
"There have also been rumors of interest from Liverpool, but it would be difficult to see such a deal play out between Premier League rivals."
