Once upon a
Time, there lived a man in a small village called Openyin kojohe was a
rich man but he did not have a wife and children to take care of.
One day,
this Richman thought it wise to look for himself a wife in the nearby village
call Do good village, the next morning Openyin Kojo went to the Do good
village to search for his wife on his way to the village, he met a woman with
hung back and he fell in love with her. Therefore, he told the woman that he
will marry her.
This woman
did not believe the man,
to her condition. But this rich man insist and
asked the woman to take him to her parents to ask her hand in marriage. When
they got to her parents,this man finally married the hung back woman and took
her to his house.
The next
morning, Openyin kojo the rich man called his wife and to her
surprised,he gave her a pot and told her to take good care of this pot. He
further said, my life is in this pot, the day you will break this pot, I will
die. Openyin kojo wife carried this pot hide it under her bed. Just
after she hid the pot the hung back vanished from her body and she became more
beautiful and attractive to look upon. One day, men that are more richer than
her husband started approaching her telling her to stop marrying Openyin
kojo because they can take good care of her. She was confused and didn't
know how to stop this marriage for her to get opportunity to marry men that are
more richer and handsome than her husband.
One day, she
remembered that her husband told her about his life been in the hidden pot.
Therefore,she decided to break the pot for her husband to die and she will have
herself been married to any man of her choice. The next day,she entered into
her bedroom and pulled out the pot and broke it. Just as she breaks the pot the
hung back just doubled and appeared on her body, she then cried and called on
her husband Openyin kojo the rich man to come to her aid, The rich old
man came and said "always do good".
