Liverpool's failure to participate in the UEFA Champions League for the 2023/2024 season has prompted them to bring in new signings to help them perform well in the new season.
The Red Devils seem interested in bringing in new central defenders in the summer of 2023. They have signed Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai, who are both central midfielders.
Alexis Mac Allister has been signed from Liverpool for £35m and Dominik Szoboszlai from RB Leipzig for €70m. Their next target is the French central midfielder to block the three central defenders. Possessing a strong midfield will help create opportunities for Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah in the midfield position while Darwin Nunez plays in the center position.
Virgil Van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate will play at centre-back, with Andrew Robertson and Trent Alexander Arnold at left-back and right-back respectively.
This is the squad that can play in the 2023/2024 English Premier League season.
