Barcelona are making great preparations for the 2023/2024 UEFA Champions League season by signing a new contract. They enhance squad depth by recruiting new signings in the summer transfer window of 2023.
Their most recent signing was Ilkay Gundogan, who joined the club as a free agent from Manchester City. Gundogan will pair with Pedri in the central midfield position. To make the midfield much stronger, they are interested in signing Martin Zubimendi, who plays as a central defensive midfielder for Real Sociedad. To help create more opportunities, Barca are interested in signing Bernardo Silva from Manchester City. Signing Bernardo Silva means he can play under Pablo Gavi as a winger, with Robert Lewandowski as the striker.
Andreas Christensen and Ronald Araujo will play at centre-back, with Alejandro Balde and Jules Kounde at left-back and right-back.
Here's how they can align their goals for the 2022/2023 UEFA Champions League season.
