1. Red:

This can be caused by blood in the urine, which can be a sign of a urinary tract infection, kidney stones, or cancer.

2. Clear to pale yellow:

This is the normal color of urine. It means that you are well-hydrated.

3. Dark yellow urine:

This is a sign of dehydration. When you are dehydrated, your body does not produce as much urine, and the urochrome builds up, causing the urine to become darker

4. Orange urine:

This can be caused by eating foods such as carrots, sweet potatoes, or beets. It can also be caused by certain medications, such as rifampicin or pyridium.

5. Brown urine:

This can be a sign of liver disease, dehydration, or muscle breakdown. It can also be caused by certain medications, such as chloroquine or methotrexate.

6. Cloudy urine:

Cloudy urine can be caused by a urinary tract infection, a kidney infection, or a prostate infection. It can also be caused by dehydration or by a buildup of mucus or bacteria in the urine.

7. Green urine:

This is a rare color of urine, and it is usually caused by certain medications, such as amitriptyline or indomethacin. It can also be caused by a urinary tract infection.

If you notice any unusual changes in the color of your urine, it's best to see a doctor to rule out any underlying medical conditions.

Tips that may help to maintain healthy urine colors:

- Avoid holding your urine for too long. This can increase your risk of urinary tract infections.

- Drink plenty of fluids, especially water. This will help to keep your urine diluted & clear. The amount of fluids you need to drink will vary depending on your activity level, climate and other factors. Drink enough so that you produce at least 1.5 to 2 liters of urine per day.

- Eat a balanced diet. This will help to ensure that you are getting the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy, including fluids. Some foods that can help to keep your urine clear include fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
