In another development , After discovering his wife of five years having an affair on their shared bed, a young married man is beyond distraught. The husband, Benjamin, described his suffering in an exclusive interview with Ghbase.com. He said that he has been married to his wife for five years.
He claims that things between him and his wife have been going really well. She and their two-year-old daughter are supported by him, and he hardly ever fights with her.
He did, however, secure a job that required him to spend two weeks away from Accra traveling.
" I made sure I take my wife out once in a while whenever I get some free time because I wanted us to bond. She also works but comes home earlier than me. I help with the chores at home whenever I can because I don't want her to be stressed. I got a job offer and I was to travel on Friday for two weeks. She came home earlier than usual to help me pack. At exactly 8 pm, I left the house. I wanted to drive since it was a 4-hour journey.
" However on my way going, I was called that the meeting had been postponed to the following month so I had to return home. I was excited because I was going to spend the Christmas holidays with my wife and my daughter.
" I decided not to call my wife and tell her the good news because I wanted to surprise her. So on my way home, I picked up some wine and some gifts for her and my daughter. Unfortunately for me, I was the one that was surprised. I saw my best friend who was also my best man at my wedding on top of my wife banging her and making her moan loudly!!
" I was pissed and beat the living daylight out of him before kicking him out. As for my wife, I couldn't look at her."
Benjamin explained how he has left the house and now staying at a hotel. He further disclosed how his best friend was begging him not to tell his wife who is a breadwinner in his family.
" My so-called best friend has been buzzing my phone to not report the incident to his wife. He has always been a player and has been sleeping around even though his wife pays his bills and takes good care of him. I never knew my wife was one of the women he was sleeping with".
