WHO SHOULDN'T TAKE IN LIME JUICE??

Lime juice is a delicious, easy to find and cheap to make drink. However, not everyone should consume it.


Lime products with added vitamin C provide many health advantages, according to Dr. Bui Dac Sang of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. They can slow down ageing, assist prevent cancer and heart disease, and aid with weight loss by burning fat. Lime juice, peels, and seeds are all

 considered medicinal in oriental medicine.Drinking lime juice brings a lot of health benefit. 



Limes can cool down the body, lower blood pressure, and bring various benefits to the digestive system.


The fruit is also beneficial for those who experience fever, migraines, coughs, phlegm, chest tightness, bloated stomach, belching and vomiting.


As it makes individuals feel revitalised and less thirsty after a hangover, fresh lime is another conventional and successful hangover remedy.


Lime juice will raise stomach acid levels, thus those who have peptic ulcers or illnesses of the kidney, gallbladder, or digestive system are advised to only drink a little amount of lime juice.



Additionally, it is advised against consuming excessive amounts of the juice because doing so may gradually worsen digestive difficulties in people with belching disorders. Lime juice should not be consumed when you are hungry.


To prevent stomach and digestive system damage, it is advised to combine lime juice with warm water and drink it 30 minutes after meals.


Instead of consuming it all at once, it should be done so in little sips. If you want to vary the flavour and make the juice taste less sour and unpleasant, you can add ginger, honey, salt, and milk to the juice.


Despite the benefits of lime juice, it's equipped with some disadvantages and may be harmful to some people.

But it's advantages outweighs it's disadvantages.

Sea salt provides the chloride your body needs to produce stomach acid. The complementary combination of lime water and salt help your body digest food, absorb nutrients, and contribute to natural weight loss.
