A viral post fast gaining attention on the microblogging platform. A user of the platform identified as @Etubolion tweeted asking his followers to share their worse ghost and spirit encounters, users took to the comments section to share their various opinions, a few of which are highlighted below;

“I was sleeping under the ceiling fan with the gen on, I heard my name so I got up and didn't see anyone calling. I sha noticed Nepa have brought light so I went and turned off the gen only to come back and see the fan had fallen right on the spot I was sleeping. See God Mind you I'm a very deep sleeper. I'm one of those people you have to beat up before I wake up, yet I heard my name while sleeping. Strange”.

“When I lost my dad and was preparing for his burial, I went to Abuja, I think I was 5 months pregnant.
In my aunt's house, the Ac wasn't working but the room was unusually cold that night I felt a spirit around me.
1 was so scared to even open my eyes but I started praying, the more I prayed the more I got scared Omo I just summon the courage and put Apostle Selman's prayer message on YouTube, and in 10 mins everywhere became very hot”.

“My friend that died last year, after his death, he appeared in our house in Lagos, my brother saw him. Then exactly 7 days after his death he appeared to his Mum and said it was his best friend that killed him. So they decided to make their research, which involved tracking him, they caught up with him and they confronted him, and they saw that he truly killed him. Personally, when they told me he was dead, I knew the death was not natural”.

My aunt died in our house, part of the reason being her pastor said. Anyway, while in her last moments, my mom went out to get a car to convey her to a hospital asap. Mom asked her before leaving if she could hold on for a while, and she said yes. When my mom left, my aunt kissed me and said bye, then she carried my then baby sister and said some kinds of stuff in her ear. After that, she went inside. That was the last time I saw Aunty Nkoli When my mom got back, she asked where she was, and we told her she went in. My mom got to the door to open it. She said immediately she did, she felt someone push her back and she fell, a very cold feeling. My aunt was lying on the bed. My mom got up, called her, and got no reply. It was when she came to her and touched her, she realized she was dead. It happened that her ghost was leaving. Well, for the next 2 months, none of us slept well, except my baby sis. 1 was little and seeing her in the room she died, cause we slept there as kids. It was scary and contributed to me being awake till late or waking up at very odd hours. My mom had dreams, weird ones, of my aunty and her mom (grandmom) calling her to the beyond. The last dream she had, she had an accident the next day. My dad said it was ok, and sold the house later”.
