Hon. Ama Pomaa Boateng, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Juaben, believes that the constituents of Juaben support the vision of the Vice President, Dr. Alhaji Mahamadu Bawumia.
On Monday, Hon. Pomaa stated that the plan by Dr. Bawumia to employ both human and natural resources as well as technology to build the country is something that Juaben willingly shares in. Dr. Bawumia is hoping to head the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as flag-bearer. Hon. Pomaa welcomed him to the constituency and added that Juaben gladly shares in the plan.
The Member of Parliament (MP) also took the opportunity to thank the VEEP for its assistance with various projects involving information and communications technology (ICT) and infrastructure in the constituency.
Hon. Pomaa made the following statement: "We are very happy to receive our hard working Vice President here today, and we want to tell him that Juaben fully shares in the vision he has for this country because we know it is possible." The Member of Parliament for Juaben lauded the VEEP and emphasised that "Dr. Bawumia has served the party well" in his remarks.
According to the Honourable Pomaa, "ever since joining the NPP, the VEEP has been campaigning for the party locally and abroad till date through good times and tough times."

The member of parliament further mentioned that the people of Juaben were pleased with the fact that Dr. Bawumia is in their midst since he is focused, courteous, and diplomatic.
VEEP:
Dr. Bawumia, who is running for flagbearer as well as vice president, gave a speech afterward in which he thanked the people of Juaben for giving him such a warm welcome.
He mentioned that he was dedicated to the prosperity of the Ghanaian people in his speech.
The VEEP stated that he was running for the position of flag-bearer of the NPP in order to harness the enormous human potentials of the people who are members of the Party in order to work towards maintaining power in 2024.
The Vice President of the European People's Party (VEEP) emphasised that "I am the best to lead, and I believe that with my skills and the desire to harness the potential of my fellow party members we can achieve better outcomes going forward."
