Grace Ashy, a musician who performs gospel music, is currently in a sticky situation after a member of her family exposed her for her involvement in a scam.
Many people in Ghana may not be familiar with Grace Ashy or may not know very much about her, but she is one of the powerful Gospel musicians with lovely voices that we have here.
In addition to this, Grace Ashy has, in years gone by, been a member of the group that provides the Senior National Team – The Black Stars with tunes whenever the team is competing in a football game.
She started singing for the Black Stars to lift their spirits before their games all over the world, and that's when she garnered a lot of attention for herself.
According to the most recent information about her, she is responsible for defrauding Mr. Kofi, a relative, out of nearly $45,000.
In an exclusive interview with GHPage TV, Mr. Kofi said that he had provided the Gospel Musician with the aforementioned sum so that the latter may purchase property.
According to him, he contacted her (Grace Ashy) when he was in Germany about the land in Ghana that he had planned to acquire but was unable to do so since he was in Germany. They are connected by blood.
He went on to explain that he had discussed the matter with Grace Ashy, but that she had informed him that she was already in possession of a parcel of land in Ghana that she was interested in selling.
Because they are related, she could make him a generous offer and hand over the land to him with no effort.
Now fast forward to the future, Mr. Kofi has completed all of the required payments; however, Grace Ashy has failed to conduct the necessary research and has not released the land to him for more than three years.
