Fruits are high in antioxidants ,fiber and various nutrients that aid in slowing down the rise of blood sugar after meals.


Avocados


Avocados are a unique fruit as they are loaded with healthy fats. Avocados are particularly high in monounsaturated oleic acid


Avocados also contain aa high water content and fiber which makes them less dense in energy.


Avocados also contain a multitude of important nutrients which includes potassium and fiber.


Avocados are a good addition to a weight loss diet. However ,a person has to make sure that they consume them in moderation.


Boiled Potatoes



White potatoes are amazing for weight loss and optimal health when they are consumed in boiled form.


They’re very high in potassium which is a nutrient that most people tend to not get enough of and that usually greatly plays an important role in controlling the blood pressure.


Boiled potatoes are quite filling in nature and they also are very low in calories.



This means is that by eating white, boiled potatoes, you naturally feel full and eat less thereby preventing situations of overeating and therefore causing weight loss.


Beans And Legumes


Beans and legumes are very beneficial for weight loss.


This is because they are very high in protein and fiber, which are two important nutrients that have been shown to lead to satiety which is a feeling of fullness. They also contain resistant starch in them which causes weight loss.


Beans and legumes are a good addition to a person's weight loss diet. This is due to the fact that they are both high in fiber and protein contributing to a feelings of fullness and a lower calorie intake.


Chili Pepper(Pilipili)


Eating chili peppers is very useful and beneficial to a weight loss diet.


This is because chili peppers contain capsaicin which is a substance that has been found according to studies conducted to reduce appetite and increase fat burning.


Eating spicy foods that contain chili peppers or adding chili peppers to food reduces one's appetite therefore prevents situations of overeating.


Whole Eggs


Whole eggs are one of the best foods to eat when you need to lose weight. This is because they are high in protein and fat and enable a healthy feeling of fullness hence reducing the chances of over eating.


A study conducted on a group of women showed that eating eggs for breakfast increases the feeling of fullness and hence reducing the chances of over eating hence leading to weight loss with time.


Eggs particularly the york part is incredibly very nutrient dense and can help a person to get all the nutrients they need on a calorie- restricted diet.


Eggs are quite filling which makes them able to suppress a person's appetite for a long while therefore promoting weight loss.
