Pasteur and three others were imprisoned for seven days 
The Bolgatanga District Court sentenced the head pastor of Jesus Spanner Miracle Church in Bongo District, Atogpeelige Akongyaane, and three other members of the church to seven days imprisonment.

He said the local police captured a video on social media where the defendantswere gathered in the church and Veronica was holding the baby and throwing it into the hurtful dance. He said that based on the instructions given by the local police, the defendants were found and arrested for questioning.
Finally, on July 7, 2023, they were arrested and questioned,they admitted the offenses in their warning statements, but said they could not deny the "holy spirit" possessed byVeronica.
