It has been reported that a bird has purportedly transformed into a human, which, if all of the circumstances are accurate, is an act that is absolutely unusual.
According to the story, which was presented in the form of a video and circulated online, this strange occurrence took place at Gomoa Mampong in the Central Region.
The reporter for UTV, Seth Mantey, elucidated the location of the occurrence, stating that it took place in the residence of a specific individual named Paa Kwesi.
"We were there when we were called to come to Gomoa Mampong, and when we arrived, we saw a lot of people surrounding a house that was owned by someone named Paa Kwesi. People say that Paa Kwesi has been sick for approximately two months now, and that he was taken to the emergency room at Winneba because he suffered from recurrent headaches that only occurred throughout the night.
According to what he shared, "given the circumstances, the family decided to seek the advice of a prophetess, who advised them to get out of bed and pray at twelve o'clock in the morning."
The reporter went on to say that in accordance with the directive, the family stayed up until midnight to pray, and that it was during that time that some peculiar occurrences started taking place.
He went on to say that they heard two birds land on their building as they were praying, and that after some time, one of the birds flew away, leaving the other bird behind.
But shortly, they would hear another loud sound coming from outside, and when they went to investigate, they would discover that the other bird had, according to some accounts, transformed into a person.
When questioned further, she revealed that she was from New Winneba and that Paa Kwesi had been purchased by her for the sum of fifty Ghana cedis in order for her to murder him.
It has been stated that Nana Antwi, a sub-chief of the region, eventually begged the community members not to touch the young lady, while he called on the police to come and assist with the problem.
The journalist also claimed that once the girl, who had reportedly revealed that she was a witch, had mentioned where she came from, she was no longer able to utter any words. This information was added after the girl had mentioned where she came from.
Since then, the supposed bird-turned-woman's case has been handed over to the Ghana Police Service at the Gomoa Okyereko station. She is said to be 30 years old.
