Man has encroached indiscriminately on the realm of nature due to his constant desires and greed. He no longer reveres nature with the reverence and horror that early religions did, and he now has a nearly callous attitude toward the lives of animals. He has destroyed forests' tranquil isolation by cutting down trees, constructing dams, and other actions. Animals are compelled to retreat further and further into the rapidly disappearing woodlands due to the thousands of personnel working on dam sites and the constant flow of vehicles. In addition to these factors, the use of herbicides and insecticides, increased industrialisation, and pollution have rendered the fight for survival for many birds and animals a losing one.
The concept is sound, however the execution is lacking in creativity. due to a lack of room. Animals are housed in modest, uniform cages without any thought given to their unique requirements or dietary preferences. Even the required perches, branches, or wooden trunks that they can bore into are provided for them in order to prevent their cages from becoming cluttered. They consequently feel frustrated, sad, and perhaps too fierce.
It is obvious that the aforementioned conditions all harm the development of wildlife. Birds and animals, however, are essential. Man needs them in order to preserve the harmony of nature, but he also needs them to preserve a part of himself because compassion for animals and birds is possibly the most selfless feeling there is. Studies of animal behavior are often used by sociologists and psychologists to better understand human behavior.
No matter how awkward or ugly they may be, species must be protected in order to avoid extinction. ... fostering environments that might support their development and enjoyment. And reducing human greed is the first step in achieving this. Man should cultivate trees instead of cutting them down, and pollution should be reduced. It is important to monitor and regulate the dumping of solid waste into marine environments. If nuclear experiments must be carried out, they should only be done on a very small scale and in a few designated locations.
The traditional idea of a zoo has evolved, and more creativity is used nowadays in many nations. The best conditions for their development are produced, and an effort is made to meet the various demands of each animal individually. And it should be this way. For animals to thrive, their natural habitat is essential. They have access to large areas, ponds, and pools. Specialty zoos are sprouting up everywhere. Animals who are incapable of reproducing in captivity are being gradually released back into the wild. In Sabah, orangutans are being weaned out of captivity and returned into the wild so they can reproduce.
Man, with his greater brain and capacity for using tools and medications to help him, is the deadliest enemy of animals. Man's hunting impulse and desire to exert dominance are what have caused him to treat animals with such disregard. Many nations have made an effort to stop this by outlawing the shooting of various birds and animals and designating them as national or protected animals. These actions alone won't suffice to protect the wildlife. A check on how humans view animals is more important than these. They are not seen as fellow humans by man; rather, they are seen as food raw materials. The mentality of people in the past had contributed to the preservation of divinity towards them. If we can't feel divine today, at least we may practice being anthropomorphic.
