A viral video is fast circulating on the micro-blogging platform Twitter and is raising a whole lot of eyebrows. In the video posted by the popular blogging account @SayCheeseDGTL, Chicago rapper Lil Jay who is currently incarcerated allowed an unidentified man sits on his lap in jail. The footage was captured by a surveillance tape present in the hallway of the cells where Lil Jay was seated. In the video, the unidentified young man seated on the legs of Lil Jay seems to have some feminine features and this has got most fans of Lil Jay concerned.
Users took to the comments to add their one cent to the circulating video, others claimed that this is a common practice in the male cells since there are no females present there, while others revealed the opposite.
