A Twitter influencer identified on the microblogging platform Twitter as @wizarab10 shared an anonymous message he received from one of his followers who needed urgent help as an apartment he paid money for was sold to a new person and the old owner had relocated abroad hence, the new owner ordered them to pack and leave the premises since the house was under new ownership.


“Hey bro my friend recently paid 500k for rent two months ago, she never knew the landlord had the intention of selling the house. Now he has sold everything and relocated abroad after collecting 500k for rent.

The number was switched off. Is there any way she can file a complaint and get a refund”.
