A Nigerian man makes a thread revealing how people who are well-to-do in life are constantly disrespected and abused by online users who they can employ and feed. According to the Nigerian man, he once came across a thread of users abusing a Nigerian lady, upon checking the username of the victim, he found it familiar, hence bookmarked the tweet to check back later, going forward, he added that he decided to take a stroll that same night and came across a magnificent building expensive cars parked in it, to his utmost, surprised the owner was the lady has been dragged and called names on Twitter.

Twitter is mostly notable for the constant bullying of people, they have been cases of famous, rich, wealthy, and innocent people being bullied on the platform just by sharing their opinions and it seems that is not changing anytime soon since that is what most people call fun and cruise in the platform. Read the narration of the gentleman Identified as @iam_temmy below;

“1 will never forget the day a woman was dragged mercilessly on this app. looked at the thread and it was simply a narration of her life; however, a few faults here and there triggered the backlash. This is where I'm going, I checked her profile and I noticed a familiar name, that I've seen somewhere. So, I bookmarked the tweet waiting for the moment I'd figure it out.

Later that evening, I took my usual evening walk and once again passed by this luxury house with two latest Range Rovers parked in it. You can see the fancy swimming pool from outside if you stretch your neck a little like a criminal as I always do. The truth is, the house was too fine to miss and what drew my attention on the first day I saw it was the fleet of vans and delivery bikes parked outside the building. I had always imagined what it ..felt like to be such a successful business person that owns such properties and God knows how many employees they control.

It was at that moment I saw the name I had bookmarked on it. What!!! This is the woman collecting woto-woto on Twitter. 1 was shocked to the bones.

1 know what you're thinking, "So because she's rich now, make we no drag am when she's wrong?"

Nope! Feel free, to drag anybody you want BUT be moderate and civil while at it. At that point, all I could think of was, "A job seeker is probably on that thread calling their potential employer names; forming savage for RTS and likes Back to my story, I still had doubts based on how small her number of followers were. I assumed the name was probably a coincidence; so, I decided to send a dm introducing myself as a neighbor.

She was happy to see a familiar face amidst the gbasgbos entering her body that day. She sent a voice note gushing and blushing. She thanked me for reaching out via DM without drawing attention to her status. I rounded up the chat by wishing her a blissful week. I neither followed nor bothered her afterward.

Speaking of being civil, I'm not trying to sound innocent. If you ask around, I have a record of being a thug on this app. You shall not take my flowers; I earned them! But then again, a few realizations here and there re-wired my brain and enhanced my public relations. Conclusively, social media has given us a false leveled ground to talk to anybody anyhow because we ain't face-to-face with them.

Because we don't know who is who, we feel comfortable abusing and ridiculing anyone at will.

I just want you to know that while you're being savage, eyes are on you! A simple recommendation can change your life, the same way a simple tweet misyarn can ruin everything for you. And don't forget to be humble, address people politely and you just won't know what benefits might come with it. An example was a non-follower that had less than 200 followers who once sent a dm stating how they've been seeing my tweets and offered me a gig which I made over half a million naira from. The dm didn't come direct, it landed in spam. To date, the person didn't follow my pack (still pained). Please, be mindful of how you express yourself; life is too short and the people in it are intertwined like spaghetti. Make good use of whatever platform you find yourself, and always remember, THEY ARE WATCHING!”.
