Liverpool host Karlsruher in their first pre-season friendly in Germany.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has announced an unspecified starting lineup for the warm-up match at BBBank Wildpark.
New signing Dominik Szoboszlai made his club debut after moving from RB Leipzig for £60m earlier this month, while new compatriot Alexis Mac Allister was named on the bench.
Trent Alexander-Arnold started the game in midfield alongside Szoboszlai and academy graduate Bobby Clark, with Liverpool youngster Conor Bradley starting the game at right-back.

Caoimhin Kelleher – 7
Very calm on the ball under pressure. Did a great job of saving an attempt that got sidetracked as Karlsruher grew more and more in the game. Nothing could be done to stop Lars Stindl's spectacular equalizer.

Connor Bradley- 5
Good energy but lost the ball twice and fouled many times. Good luck avoiding being booked for a mid-round challenge. Ibrahima Konate – 5
Looks relatively solid until he takes a cheap free-kick that equalizes Karlsruher. Jurgen Klopp will be disappointed to concede a free kick.
Virgil van Dijk – 6
Also seemed solid in defense and confident in possession, playing a lot of crosses. There was a disallowed goal for a slight foul from a corner.
Andy Robertson – 5

Offended the ball a few times and gave Karlsruher a chance to clear the ball after pushing high in the midfield and missing a tackle, but no major mistakes. Bobby Clark – 6
Move the ball neatly and make great runs in the midfield. Promising performance from the young player.
Trent Alexander-Arnold – 7

Liverpool's First Half Player of the Season plays in the new midfield position. Keep the ball moving and set up multiple attacks with aggressive forward movements. Make a crucial save to stop a dangerous Karlsruher counter-attack. Dominik Szoboszlai – 5
No standout moments but looks neat in possession. Links well with Alexander-Arnold but always looks for safety in the first half.
Luis Diaz – 5
Look positive without creating great opportunities. Good energy.
Mohamed Salah – 6
Not at his peak, but still involved in all of Liverpool's deadliest attacks. Configure Darwin Nunez for an easy ending from the start. There were two shots on target later in the first half and nearly created another chance for Nunez with a fine pass outside the box.
Darwin Nunez – 5
A strange decision in the opening minutes was to deny a shot to pass to Salah, who then set up an easy finish. Achieved its goal but more needs to be done.
