Most Premier League clubs are making predictions about the 2023/2024 season by playing more pre-season games and bringing in new signings. Sun Football has given their analysis of the 2023/2024 EPL champions in the opinion of the fans.
Arsenal have a 16.9% chance of winning the Premier League this season according to fans' predictions. Bringing in Declan Rice from West Ham United for £105m, Kai Havertz for €70m and Jurrien Timber from Ajax in the summer of 2023 means they are well prepared to lift the trophy.
Liverpool have 13.3% win the EPL next season. Being able to stabilize until the end of the 2022/2023 season gives them an advantage to win the cup this season.
Manchester United are the third favorite to win the 2023/2024 Premier League title. The Red Devils have a 10.6% chance of winning the EPL as predicted. Finishing in 3rd place in the English Premier League last season gives them the opportunity to compete for the title in the new season.

Erik ten Hag admitted he was impressed with Jonny Evans' performance for Manchester United in a pre-season friendly against Lyon.
United won 1-0 over the Ligue 1 side when Dutch midfielder Donny van de Beek scored the only goal of the game against Murrayfield.
Northern Ireland defender Evans returned to Old Trafford on a short-term deal this week after he left Leicester City at the end of last season.
After promotion at United under Sir Alex Ferguson, Evans made his debut in 2007 before leaving to join West Bromwich Albion in 2015.
The short-term deal means he could join United's pre-season, with Evans coming on at half-time in the win over Lyon to replace Raphael Varane. Speaking after the pre-season friendly, Ten Hag revealed the 35-year-old has impressed him both on and off the pitch. "You can see he's a very nice guy," ten Hag told the club's website Man United.
What do you think Jonny Evans will be at Manchester United in his second term? Let us know in the comments section below.
"He's a personality, he's a leader. He understands football so it was great to watch him play and he really contributed to the team's good performance in the second half."
And a host of United fans agreed with Ten Hag's assessment of Evans' performance. One fan wrote:
"He's better than Harry Maguire at 35, very calm." Another added:
"Let him touch a season."
The third said:
"Better than Maguire." And the fourth person commented:
"I think a Jonny season won't be that bad... coming in when the starters need a break."
As well as being able to play for United in pre-season, Evans will also travel to the US with the academy team to face Wrexham in San Diego.
If he continues to impress then Ten Hag will most likely find a way to keep him at Old Trafford, especially if Maguire leaves in the summer.
The England international was stripped of the captaincy by Ten Hag this week, a move that has left Maguire "deeply disappointed".
