Bawumia Acts Like "Jesus" - Kwamena Duncan Praises Veep 
Kwamena Duncan comparedthe behavior of Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia to that of Jesus Christ, the leader of Christians in the world.
In a meeting with New Patriotic Party loyalists during his mediatour in the Ashanti region, the vice president stressed the need to maintain clean and respectful media as the party'spresidential race heats up. Hestressed that unity is the key for the party to win the 2024 elections, reminding one "its main enemy" is the DemocraticNational Congress.
“I have given orders to all my supporters and spokespersons that we must conduct a clean campaign, avoiding any form of abuse. We are one family, we must be united. Once the contest is over, we will come together as a united force to ensure that the NDC does not return to power,” he said. Theformer Minister of Central Regions, while warning Dr Bawumia to his aides and spokespersons not to respond to the attacks on his character, praised him for displaying what he called "Jesus type".
