A Nigerian Twitter jsera identified on the microblogging platform as @_Eddyfranklin wades his opinion in an open discussion going on on the platform, users on the app decided to make a thread where users shared their various experiences on how theft and corruption were not noticed at their various workplace. Franklin’s thread gained the most attention on how according to him, he gave his uncle a good solution on how he was going to resolve theft issues in his company after discovering he run at a loss of N5m. “Told my uncle how to solve this problem after he noticed the N5m theft. He sacked half of those involved and hired 5 people to fill the slots. He called all the workers and told them one person among them is a worker and a spy. That person's job is to work as usual but also to report any collusion between workers and every scam. He said he paid that person 50% higher. And this was true. But in reality, his spies were two; one to report to him and the other to also report and they didn't know themselves. If either of them decides to collude The other will bring the report.
Took me some time to come up with the plan but it worked. For the past 8months, there's been no recorded theft or shortages in the factory. Nobody knows who the mole is. Everybody is mindful of everybody. There's been no collusion as of yet”.

Scenes where the Spy colludes with the workers, establish a mini cabal, with him at the top, while reporting those that he can't bend to his whims, and establishing those bringing in fat rewards. As long as it's human, it's flawed or prone to corruption

I tried this in one of my family friend's saloon & spa businesses I was so watchful of her funds no dime could go missing, unfortunately, the employee developed a hatred for me after then what my eyes saw my brother when I took off I couldn't return to the business.
