A piece of news is fast circulating online and users are adding their opinions to the ongoing open discussion. In an anonymous message shared on the microblogging platform Twitter, a young man seeks help on what to do next because he felt cheated in his relationship. The unidentified user narrated that, she's been with her girlfriend since 2016 and he's been sponsoring and helping her and her family since they were not financially stable, however, things went well and the elder sister of her girlfriend got the opportunity to travel to the UK and things are better now. She further added that, at a point in time, he helped the elder sister and her husband of her girlfriend with some money when they needed it, and now he wants to travel abroad but doesn't have enough money and the elder sister of his girlfriend has refused to learn him a loan with the mindset that, she doesn't trust him. Now he seeks advice online either to end the relationship and focus on himself or push hard to get the money.

“I've been dating my babe since mid-2016 (I'm 20yrs and she is 18yrs then) she just gained her admission then when we started, I gave her my all cos she is my first love and till now I still love her and I'm very sure that she loves me deeply but here is where I'm having problem with her, there was a time her elder sister gave birth, and her family was so broke then, so I came in for her and loan her sister 200k, just to sort themselves cos her sis husband is not working then(which they paid me back 100k) a year after, her mum needed money for surgery, i loan her the money to sort her mum operation which they paid half of with it back with gratitude, so 2yrs ago, her sister travelled to the UK with her family and their family look stabilized a lil bit due to her sis financial support for them, this year I planned to travel with her but it didn't work out cos I went broke and can't afford to run it for us, so I decided to work on only me and look for a link to be someone's dependant just to cut my expenses, so I talked to her to hip me talked to her sis that she should loan me money and I will sort her when I get there cos I was processing the UK too, so she talked to her sis and that one said she can't cos she didn't trust me and all, I talked to my babe to help me beg her but she decline that her sis have her own reasons, I feel so stupid cos I felt cheated, I'm starting the processing in September and as I am now I only have 2.5m with me and I need 3m more, should I breakup with her and face my life here or try and strive more to get the money?”.
