Martin Kpebu, a private legal practitioner has called on Ghanaians to call on the Special Prosecutor to investigate Cecilia Dapaah over how she got the monies she wants to retrieve from her maid. According to Kpebu, it just takes a simple letter with simple English for a complaint to be made. He explained further that even if the person cannot write, the person can still walk to the Office of the Special Prosecutor and make a verbal complaint and get an investigation started.
Mr Kpebu, while speaking on TV3' s The Keypoints on Saturday, July 22, 2023, boldly insisted that if no Ghanaian takes up the task of reporting the Sanitation Minister to the office of the Special Prosecutor, then he will have no option but to go ahead and go and see Kissi Agyebeng and file a report for investigation.
Martin Kpebu explained that he has a large number of cases and that is why he is yet to make a complaint but will soon d so if nothing is done by Monday. He also called on CHRAJ to also take action.
