PREVENTION OF KIDNEY STONES FORMATION.

Kidney stones form when your urine contains more crystal-forming substances — such as calcium, oxalate and uric acid — than the fluid in your urine can dilute.



Imagine you have a little

ball of sand in your hand. Now imagine that the sand is made of minerals, like calcium and oxalate. If you keep the sand in your hand for a long time, it might start to stick together and form a hard lump. This is kind of what happens with kidney stones.



They're made of minerals that are normally found in your urine. But sometimes, these minerals can stick together and form a stone. Some are as small as a grain of sand, while others are as big as a golf ball. Most kidney stones are yellow or brown.

Kidney stones don't always cause problems. Sometimes, they pass through your urinary tract without you even knowing it. But other times, they can get stuck and cause pain.

If you have a kidney stone, you might feel pain in your back, side, or lower belly. You might also have blood in your urine. And you might have to pee more often, or you might have trouble peeing.



Here are some things you can do to help prevent kidney stones from forming:

Reduce Salt intake .if you reduce salt, the food won't be sweet again right, your taste bud will adjust with time

Eat a healthy diet that's low in salt and processed foods.



If you're taking certain medications, talk to your doctor about whether they could increase your risk of kidney stones. 


Again!! Drink Water.. Drink Water.. Drink Water. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids, especially if you are exercising or sweating a lot.
