The following are some of the most prevalent behaviours that people, and women in particular, do that, despite having positive effects on their health, are slowly killing them. The following is a list of things that women use that are actually killing them without their knowledge:


1. fragrances for the air


It is commonly held that commercially available air fresheners contain potentially hazardous compounds that, if not utilised appropriately, can place a user at risk for adverse health effects. Many ailments, including diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease, have been linked to the use of air fresheners.


2. Soft drinks


The vast majority of women enjoy consuming soft drinks such as carbonated beverages, juices that are not created naturally, and other beverages of this nature. It has been claimed that these sodas present a number of health risks.


3. Scabies


The supper known as scabies includes a variety of spicier foods, including hot dogs, cocktail sausages, and other foods. It is believed that the additives and preservatives found in these kinds of meals put people at risk for developing cancer and cardiovascular disease. And due to the fact that women enjoy spicy cuisine so much, it has a significant impact on them.


4. Cucumbers (plural)


Cucumbers contain substances known as cucurbitacins, which, if ingested on a frequent basis, might lead to health issues. It's possible to get stomach worms and other diseases from eating cucumbers without first slicing off the ends of the cucumbers.


5. Potatoe chips


Potato chips are created by subjecting potatoes to a process called deep frying, and they are typically served on streets and sometimes even in hotels. Some people believe that eating potato chips can lead to breast, colon, and bladder cancer.


It is essential for women who enjoy the aforementioned foods and beverages to cut back on their consumption and instead focus on nourishing their bodies with things that are good for them.
