After a four-day search, Addi Bangsa's remains were discovered inside a 126-stone reptile; his family members were present when the creature's stomach was ripped apart and the dreadful discovery was made.
The old guy had been missing for four days until the Sabah Wildlife Department called off the terrible search after ripping open the enormous reptile's stomach.
At this time, it is unclear how detectives or search teams came to know that the body would be discovered within the crocodile.Examinations proved that the bits discovered within the now-dead animal were really those of Addi Bangsa, and his identity was established.The chief of the Tawau Fire and Rescue Station, Jemishin Ujin, has stated that the deceased's family members were present when the crocodile slashed open its stomach.
The animal was shot before being cut open, where the remains were found and later confirmed to be the missing farmer, calling time on a four-day search for the 60-year-old man.
Bangsa's remains were discovered buried inside the animal's belly and were removed out and packed into a plastic bag by wildlife officials.
Jemishin Ujin, chief of Tawau Fire and Rescue Station, said that the deceased's family members were present when the crocodile's stomach was opened early in the morning.
Further studies revealed that all of the victim's body parts were located inside the creature, confirming the victim's identity.
Ujin reported that on the fourth day of the search for Bangsa, their team was informed that the rescue team had discovered a male crocodile thought to have swallowed the guy. Further investigation confirmed the animal's sighting and its role in Bangsa's death. The animal was shot about 3 a.m. on July 22, and the stomach was split open around 9 a.m. when family members arrived. The massive reptile weighed over 126 st and measured more than 14ft in length.
