I went out with the phone to answer Debbie.
"Sorry I was discussing with my roommate when u called the first time please" I apologized as I called her back.
"Roommate? Sorry I remember you told me that yesterday.
Are we going to see tonight? " She asked.
"Not today please, maybe tomorrow, am busy with my roommate please" I replied and she paused for a while before saying something again.
"Is ur roommate a girl or boy?" She asked with a suspicious tune.
" C'mon, he is my guy Jacob, I thought I told u his name" I replied laughing.
"Let's not talk about u and ur roommate, I need u tonight and that's if u are ready to be rich" she said authoritatively.

" No but young man! Are you coming or not? " She interrupted.
" Sorry I don't think I can come please" I replied counting my words.
"Nice one, delete my number from ur phone and don't ever call this line again" she said and hung the call without giving me any room to talk afterwards.

I placed a call on Debbie but she didn't took the call, I called the second time before she picked.
"What's wrong with you boy?! Am done with u and I don't think am owing u anything! " She yelled angrily.
" Wait! Am coming please" I replied before she could hung the call again.
" Are u sure?" She asked now sounding cool.
"Yeah, where are we meeting?" I asked.
"That hotel is mine, come to that room we passed last night in, I will be waiting" she replied now sounding happily.
" Okay, I will come but later please" I said.
"No problem, I can't wait to have you again tonight" she said laughing and I faked a response laugh too.
"Till then" I said and hung the call.
Damn it! What is happening to me? Am I now a runs boy or what am I now?
"Don't tell me u are going out again tonight" Jacob said and startled me as he came out from his hiding place.
"Bro u won't understand, I need work and I don't mind working with the last drop of my blood just to erase the poverty in my family" I replied calmly.
"What type of work are u now into? " He asked leaning on the wall facing me.
" It's bakery factory, I applied as the manager but they offered me a supervisor position" I lied.
" And how much is the salary? " He asked with too much concern.
"50k bro" I replied.
"How did u got all those food stuffs in the house with the work u resumed yesterday? " He asked now trying to catch me.
