MAHAMA TO AGYEPONG: TWO TIMES BAWUMIA’S POLITICAL STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN ‘FACT-CHECKED’
In the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearership race, vice president Mahamudu Bawumia is widely considered to be the frontrunner. He is tenth on the polling form paper for the impending super delegates meeting to chop the quantity of applicants down from 10 to five preceding the November political decision.

The High Court ultimately excused the request.

Mahama stated that Dr. Bawumia was incorrect in his assertion while appearing on the KSM show.
"He says he knows how to beat me and that he's beaten me previously. That is the thing I saw, that he's beaten me two times and he knows how to beat me once more. Yet, I've never gone against him; His picture has never appeared on a ballot for the presidency.
"How might you say you've beaten me? I have never challenged you for the presidency. It's Nana Addo I gone against in 2012, I beat him and afterward in 2016 he won and afterward 2020 he won.
"So even between Nana Addo and I, I've won whenever he's won two times. It's simply he won't run once more however I'm certain in the event that he planned to run once more, I would've balanced," the previous president accentuated.
