*Ezek.9.4* - And the Lord said to him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men who sigh and groan over all the abominations that are committed in the midst of it.
*Rev.7.3*- Saying, Harm neither the earth nor the sea nor the trees, until we have sealed the bond servants of our God upon their foreheads.
*Rev.13.15*- And he is permitted [also] to impart the breath of life into the beast 's image, so that the statue of the beast could actually talk and cause to be put to death those who would not bow down and worship the image of the beast.
*Rev.13.16*- Also he compels all [alike], both small and great, both the rich and the poor, both free and slave, to be marked with an inscription [stamped] on their right hands or on their foreheads,
*Your Forehead!*
The head of a man is the Controller of the body,it dictates and direct.Your forehead stands as signboard of your total face,and whatever is written on it,pronounces your total being.
Why was the *Forehead and Marks* mentioned both in the old testament (the book Ezekiel) and the New Testament (Revelation)? Tonight,the Spirit of the Lord will open our eyes to it in Jesus' name.
In the days of old,when they want to separate people or something,or as a proof of ownership,the only means of identification is *Marks*.Significantly,"Marks" are known and meant to be on the forehead for whatever reason they need it for.
In our texts,(Ezekiel 9:4-5),God assigned an angel to put a mark on the forehead of those who hates iniquity from their hearts,and he was asked to spare them from destruction that is coming on the wicked.Same thing in {Rev 7:9},a mark was sealed on the heads of those who have the seal of the bond servants.
In this regard,the mark that was given was the *Mark of Salvation*,which was given to you when you chose the path of Life which is Jesus' Christ.You have been separated and identified and both by the kingdom of heaven and even darkness stands as a witness to that .
However,you know the devil was never a thoughtful person,he does not have the capacity and ability to create something,he only follow suit of what God has done.He borrowed the idea of this _Mark- Forehead_ of a thing,as a way to identify and make a seal of his own,{Revelation,13-15},and this is a *Mark of Destruction{Sin}*.Whoever has the mark is also identified for destruction and eternal damnation.
Note this, Hell was not originally made for you,it was for Satan and his cohorts,but because he doesn't want to go there alone,he has to try all his possible best to drag You,who is God's delight along with him.
Ephesians 6:17,also made mention of something similar,*Helmet-Salvation.* An helmet is worn on the Head, isn't it? And an helmet protects the head from hurting.That is what Salvation does,it protects your head(Life) from destruction.
My question is,*What Kind of Mark do you want on your Forehead?* It is clearly written in the scriptures,not some sort of philosophical ideas,that there are two kinds of Marks;The Mark of Salvation and Destruction.So,eternal Life and Eternal Death is placed before you,which one would you pick?
Well,I'll advise you to pick the *Mark of Salvation* because without it, your safety is not guaranteed both on earth and in heaven.How can you even get this "Mark of Salvation"? It is by accepting Jesus as your Lord and Personal Saviour,confess your sins and never,ever go back to them.Then,you receive the mark automatically.
*SAVE YOUR FOREHEAD!* Don't allow it to be eaten away by the Mark of Destruction which is identified as SIN.Make up your mind tonight to forsake it,Jesus might come before 12 midnight,don't hesitate at all.I pray that the Holy Spirit will help you in Jesus' Name.
