HUMBLE YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU WERE MY JUNIOR IN LAW SCHOOL? NPP LAWYER TELLS KISSI AGYEBENG

The former minister for Sanitation and Water Resources is still trending despite her resignation. The embattled minister has been accused of hoarding huge monies at her home. Many have called on her to be investigated so she explains how she came about such an amount. The incident first came to light after the house help of Cecilia Dapaah and 4 other accomplices were put on trial for theft. Since then, the whole incident has blown and Cecilia has turned from being the object of theft to now being the subject.

One of the first things that happened after the minister' s resignation was the storming of her home by the Office of the Special Prosecutor. Kissi Agyebeng and his team stormed the premises of the former minister to search her home. Many Ghanaians have been wondering if the search was genuine or deliberate to make the government look good. No comments have been made after the search.

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has blasted Kiss Agyebeng for feeling proud and forgetting where he is coming from. According to Maurice Ampaw, it is not wrong for people to keep large sums of money in their houses and so he was worried that the Special Prosecutor decided to invade the home of an innocent person.

Maurice Ampaw noted that when it comes to issues like this he is very good and Kissi Agyebeng has to be learning about such laws so no one takes him to court for such house invasions. He interestingly added that Kissi Agyebeng was his junior in the law school and so has to exercise restraint when taking certain national decisions.

Maurice Ampaw called on NDC lawyers and other experts to desist from discussing the issue because they know very little about. He also charged Ghanaians to stop attacking an innocent personality like Cecilia Dapaah.
